Very good supplement
I've been buying this supplement for a couple of years now and I really feel it helps with my sugar cravings. You can open the capsules if you'd like and sprinkle the powder in a hot drink or over cereal for example. The capsules are quite easy to swallow though if you prefer to take them like that. They're good quality and reasonably priced too. I can recommend.

Says it’s the best quality
I’m taking daily doses and have noticed increased stamina whether or not it’s directly linked to this supplement is impossible to state. However, if I stop taking it after a couple of months time on it, I can report back!
