Bought this Lenovo laptop for my college Freshman. Very happy with all the features and ease of use. Battery life is great and the touch screen brings it to the next level. I bought this laptop to help me work from home more easily. My IT people were able to set up my folders just the same way as my desktop at the office, and everything is on the cloud now, so the laptop saves me time and makes life generally easier than using my old desktop at home. I wanted something sturdy and work-friendly. I don't do gaming or anything other than work and checking my emails, so I can't attest to how it would be for graphic design or gaming or anything like that. I really like it, though.

Super fast computer! It was like going from 45mph with my three-year old computer to the speed of light. The seller was very professional and responsive to my questions, and the computer arrived earlier than expected. The setup/upgrade of my computer is perfect; the keyboard feel and layout was the best i have had in all my years with computers. This process is not only time-consuming but also leaves me without a crucial tool for my business operations during this period.As a business owner, I rely heavily on my laptop for day-to-day operations, and this experience has been a significant setback. The durability of the Lenovo Thinkpad has been disappointing, and the support offered for out-of-warranty issues has been less than satisfactory.Based on my experience, I would caution potential buyers, especially those who need reliable equipment for professional use, to consider the longevity and support aspects before making a decision. The inconvenience and potential business impact of dealing with such issues are significant factors to bear in mind.

The battery life may be mediocre and the screen bleeds and is hard to see at certain angles, but overall, I'm satisfied with this laptop. I use it when I'm travelling and still need to work, and it's beefy enough to handle compiling code.I use it for just about everything I need, and it's more than enough.

Good suite of hardware and software for small business at a great price.
