I liked the product, very handy, Nice spongy handle, Easy to use and not too heavy. The only thing wrong with it is once you’ve locked it you can’t unlock it easily and have to get a screwdriver to prize the plastic lock open. I’ve just left it unlocked at the moment, which isn’t very safe.

It ok ,works fine on smaller stems, only thing I wish it was a bit longer.Beware if you want it soon as delivery time is quite long.IBut happy with it

Not quite as long as I thought. Yes that's my fault. But actual extension to your arm length is about 40cm or 16 inch. Not very long to reach the back of a border in real terms, u could do that with a good lean!. It trims ok as its new, I have arthritis in my fingers and the trigger is easy to pull to snip flower heads off but the grip is slippy. I'm not sure it would be up to bigger stems such as a small hard side shoot rose stem as you'd need to have strong hands. So you might struggle a bit to hold onto it. Can't see any reason for the black foam bit as it slides up and down, and to rotate the head there's nothing to lock it in place.

Don't normally give reviews but this the exception! The long delivery window wasn't worth it.....it has broken less than a week after delivery!
