AMAZING FLAVOR! BUY THIS!
This was my first time making Royal Icing. Im very leary about things with artificial ingredients etc.BUT, with that said, THIS was a game changer with regard to flavor!I made the best tasting Royal Icing with just a teeny tiny amount of this product. They were a hit with everyone!

Excellent product
Lorann emulsions are the only flavorings I use. The orange emulsion gives exactly the smell and taste of an orange. The Lorann emulsions are concentrated so a little goes a long way.

Don’t use as an extract
Giving it a 4 star because it is indeed emulsion. But. Let me warn you. DO. NOT. CONFUSE. THIS. WITH. EXTRACT! It is not the same and will give your cake or whatever you’re using it for a very strange flavor. My cake was NASTY and had a weird aftertaste. I scrapped the cake and put this emulsion up. I will try to find something it can be used in, but haven’t found anything yet.

I love this purchase!
This is exactly what I needed. I wanted to make a cake, but didn't have the cookie butter emulsion to do it. When I came across this, I immediately bought it. I made the most amazing Biscoff cookie butter cake with cookie butter cream cheese frosting; everyone raved about it.

Will seize chocolate
I have no complaints about the product itself, but it didn't fulfill what I was looking for. I'm looking for an oil-based almond flavor that wouldn't cause melted chocolate to seize. This isn't it! This product seizes melted chocolate no different than alcohol-based extract. I'm back to searching.
