Question for seller: where does the 20% more effective come from? what science can you provide to support that?

1. I want to say that our 3in1 machine is a real nano ionic facial steamer. Some normal steamer just produces water vapor instead of nano ionic mist, can not penetrate deep into pores. Our product utilizes an advanced PTC ceramic heating element with a new ultrasonic vaporizer, producing powerful ultra-fine nano mist (7.9g/min), which can be easier to absorb by your skin. 
2. "20% more effective" comes from our test. We have done a test to evaluate and compare the effects of Newbealer facial steamer on skin hydration in comparison with the normal steamers. How to do Facial Steamer Maintenance?

Please follow these basic rules:
-Always use distilled water.
-Never put essential oils directly into the water. 
-Do not leave water in the steamer overnight.
-Clean it regularly (with citric acid or white vinegar)
Daily care of your facial steamer will keep it in good condition and extend its life.

When do we use the brush, how often and how do you clean the brush?

1. Before steaming, you can use this brush for washing your face and neck. Just wet, add gentle cleanser, rub the foam gently with your hands, use the brush in a circular pattern on either or both sides of the brush, then rinse. The silicone exfoliator brush head to gently massage oily t-zones and helps to clear clogged pores (can be used with coconut oil or organic olive oil or all-natural cream cleansing products), and super soft bristles to gently exfoliate and soften skin.
Note: Make sure to remove makeup before cleansing the skin with the brush so dirt and residue do not get pushed into pores.

2. How often you should use your facial cleansing brush depends on your skincare habits and your skin type. For normal skin, we recommend using the brush once a day during your morning or evening skincare routine. If you have oily skin you can probably get by with twice a week. For sensitive skin, only once a week.
Listen to your skin, if you do not notice major concerns, slowly increase the frequency of use.  If it feels like too much take a break and reintroduce the brush once your skin has settled down.
Note: Don’t use the facial brush on scars or any area of skin irritation such as dermatitis and eczema

3. The brush is easy to clean, just rinsed it with flowing water. Then keep it in a cool & dry place, the base of the handle is just the right size to stand on its own to dry.

Is it enough steam? I bought one steamer and felt like there wasn’t enough steam to even cover my entire face. I also struggle with nasa congestion

The steam should be strong and enough which can cover your face and hair. Please always use distilled water or purified water!
