I was overjoyed when I found this product on Amazon. Over the years I have purchased a few water pumps for drawing water from 5-gallon jugs, but unlike this product, my previous purchases required bending over and holding the container to be filled. Given my mobility issues, the bending and holding the container was not only problematic, it was painful. Now none of that is a problem, with this pump, I now have a tabletop means of filling containers. In fact, I like this product so much, I now own two. One for the bedroom and one for the kitchen. Great design, thank you.

Came with lifetime warranty I didn't know. Every question answered.Very simple to set up . Pump came 80% charged. I did top off charge. Switched out m old one. It was very noisy and started to drip.This new pump is much quieter and pumps very fast. I fill coffee water reservoir 1/2 gallon approx 45 seconds. Just set it on the table auto start and so much nicer not having to hold and wait until it filled . Not having it time out during refilling is great too.Love it so far very happy.

Very easy to use. Set up and use was quick. Love that there are two ways to get water via a button or pressure button. I like that it has a tray that sits on top of the bottle or on a table at a decent distance, so you can rest your cup or pitcher on it. It took a good two hours for it to fully charge, but the charge lasted a long time. Would definitely recommend this product over other water pumps I’ve used.

My family has been using this water pump for a few years now. For the most part it has been a good little water filler. I like that it is chargeable. Our family already goes through enough batteries. The spout is pretty long which allows easy filling of tall glasses and water bottles. Shorter cups can cause the water to splash a bit though because of that though. I usually just hold the shorter cups up higher with pressing the button to prevent this. We have had a few pieces randomly fall off of it but they were easy to reattach. My biggest gripe though is that the tube is way too long and makes it hard to empty the jugs. I have to tip the whole jug if I want to get the last 3" of water out when the jug runs low. It has never stopped working though in over 2 years so I'd say it is a good machine

I enjoy getting fresh spring water directly from its source. And this pump has been amazing. You can press a button to turn it on and pump water out of your bottle that way. Or place your cup on the base and it pump out that way. Kind of reminds me of the water pump at the dentist. The noise level is a kind of loud. But that doesn’t bother me. Its button function is easy to use. I’ve had to charge it once since I’ve had it. The charging ability and speed is great. Over all very durable. Also it is portable. I love my purchase.

Love that there are two options to activate the dispenser. Looks to be made well and is quiet when running. It is nice that it can mount directly to the bottle on be placed on a table.

The hose is a little long but that’s better than being a little short. Easily fills tall bottles. It’s a little noisy but nothing crazy or annoying, you can just hear it from the next room. Fills fast. Would recommend.
