Looks great, easily accessible to remove back plate with turn screws, has a leg to set it standing on a table or desk as well, nice color wood. Comes with two hooks on the back so you can frame it wide or tall.

The navy matting was darker than I anticipated

This is a very good diploma frame for its price point. It ships with many protective elements and as a result, it arrived intact. The first of these elements is the blue/purple box, shown in the pictures provided with this review, which is sealed shut with tape to prevent tampering. The pictures show that inside the box, the frame sits inside a bubble wrap sleave with additional cardboard padding on the frame corners for extra support. Lastly, a thin film protects the clear polymer plate from scratches and smudges. I liked this packaging because it conveyed to me that the manufacturer cares about delivering a high-quality product, free from damages that may otherwise have occurred during the shipping process without these protective elements in place.Another reason why I like this frame is because I found a mat that closely resembled my school colors. Installing my diploma inside was not difficult and I can handle the frame with ease. To me, it feels light, but not flimsy.I don't really have any criticism of this product. You get what is advertised. The only piece of constructive feedback I have, or warning to the buyer is to be careful when removing the protective film from the polymer plate. There are no easy grab tabs that allow you to quickly take it off. Instead, you have to pick at the corners or edges of the plate until you lift of a sufficient piece of film.
