All I have to say is absolutely amazing and my mind is blown away. Living in Florida I miss Chicago Pizza so I made it myself and damn was it just like home, but you have to have the right cheese.

Wisconsin Cheese Mart Store was quick to reply to answer my questions and shipped my order promptly using my preferred delivery method. Although the delivery was delayed an extra day, no fault of the shipper, the order was packed in a styrofoam cooler with sufficient cooling to keep the perishable order in great shape. Arrived promptly. The cheese comes in a three-pound block that slices easily, tastes fine, and melts the way mozzarella should. Great on toast or homemade pizzas.

This mozzarella block of three pounds arrived cool and works well on my purchased pizza crust. The flavor is relatively mild, not pronounced.
