The product itself is absolutely satisfactory.I had some delivery issues which were not the seller's fault.Once I flagged the issue up, the seller took full responsibility to follow up & resolve making swift alternative arrangements.I have received the remote and am more than satisfied with the product itself.Excellent customer service.Never about problems but always about resolves which in this instance have left me as a very pleased and well served customer! I have gone through about three of these remotes over the last six years. Within about two years some of the buttons begin to become un-responsive. As long as the receiver box is working, I'll continue to buy.

Replacement remote control did exactly as described.Very similar to original.

Original remote was not with doigi box so wanted one to replace that,looks almost identical to the original but without all the hassle of making it connect and setting up nice and easy brilliant!

I checked all the reviews before making my choice and was impressed by so many 5 star reviews. I received the remote control on 8th November and it stopped working on 16th November. As I had used the batteries of the remote I was replacing I inserted new batteries but it still didn't work so it will be returned.
