This product honestly looks like a complete joke on the product's page (I actually find it laughable) however, I have noticed a significant difference since I began using this a few months ago. I have been using this product in the morning after I wake up. I usually stand on it for no longer than 15 minutes and occasionally will hold a plank/do "push ups" while this product is vibrating. Just standing on this product for around 5 minutes always wakes me up and helps me feel energized for the day. I can honestly say that I feel much less groggy throughout the day because of this machine. The vibration also seems to help my lower back pain. The machine has many different levels of vibration and allows you to set a timer. I live a fairly sedentary life and my back, hips, and knees have paid the price. I needed to find a way to move a bit to see if my pain would go away. I thought this was the latest gimmick or "snake oil" and figured I would order off of Amazon because returns are usually quick and painless, if necessary, but my pain started to subside the very day I first starting using it, to the point that I actually want to move and walk. I get on it if I start hurting and I feel great again! It allows my back to crack and have movement without pain and my knees to feel strong when they used to pop in and put of place. I've thrown away money on a lot less so I will call this an absolute win. Now I want the bigger platform but I'm content...for now.

After using for the first few days, I’ve slept so soundly using this on a LOW setting, at the beginning levels only. As I advanced, I used a higher setting in the evening, and this was too stimulating and disruptive for my sleeping. Standing on this with just socks seems to have a better feel of the vibration through the whole body.Also, I really don’t see how this device can be used for exercising. I’ve exercised for many, many years, and I don’t see how exercising on this would be beneficial or safe, it may cause a mishap to happen. I highly recommend this device. Initially got this as a form of vibrational therapy for my spouse who had had an inflamed lymph node, and after using for over three weeks, the node diminished greatly. We both have enjoyed using it.

Recently received this so I can not comment on benefits of long term use. However I felt revitalized after one session and can not wait to being more conditioned. Osteopenia is a known side effect of space travel and vibration is what is used for astronauts after returning to earth. It will take 2 years before a DEXA scan will show objective improvement in my osteopenia so I will have to be patient. I am 73 and am looking forward to improving and then maintaining a good balance. The product was very well packaged and appears to be very sturdy. The noise level is nominal and would not interrupt a conversation. The instructions are very clear and I had no difficulty starting to use this mini wave.

Been using for a couple of weeks for lymphatic drainage, circulation, and for stress relief. Some added benefits is improved digestion, and lost a couple inches (probably from water retention). It’s been working great, and u would recommend working your way up with the vibration levels. The higher levels can be a little too intense if you are not used to it.

Absolutely love this machine. It really gets the blood circulating and it doesn’t take long to feel the result! I love the size. It’s perfect for my small apartment. And even though it’s a mini it’s well built sturdy and extremely easy to use. Although you can use your toes to control the machine the remote control makes it much easier and safer. It functions just as it’s meant to and you feel great after a work out! I’m just sorry that I didn’t get it sooner! Definitely 5 stars. I would give it more if I could! It’s worth it!

The product is sturdy and works very well. After a couple of months there was a problem with getting it to turn on. I contacted Lifepro by email and they got back to me immediately and I decided to try a new power cord. They sent one but that didn't solve the problem, so they sent me a new unit. Customer support is outstanding. Emails back and forth were as quick as an online chat and also very kind and personable. I would gladly do business with this company again.

I just received my Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate two days ago and I already love it. It is better than I thought it would be, sturdy and very well made. Using it for only 2 days I already feel a difference in my knee pain and excited to see more results. I will update my review in a few months with my progress.
