Progressive Labs Pineal Concentrate Supplement, 90 Count

I take this supplement in the winter, when the days are short and overcast, and have been taking it every winter for at least 12 years after my acupuncturist recommended it to me to help with Seasonal Affective Disorder. It really works. It gives me energy, helps me concentrate and keeps me from wanting to hibernate for several months. I haven't had any issues with this product - I know the idea of ingesting bits of pork and beef brain and marrow may sound terrifying, but I trust the brand and its quality.

Want to start by saying i am an everyday person and my review is 100% not a fake review to get you to buy this. Bfuwobthsijdbeufidndjdui. See? That proves its me typing this..Anyway, I take one everyday and after finishing one bottle this has helped clear my mind. It not only helps me stay forcused but I have noticed it helps me think outside of the box. I meditate daily and as a spiritual person/religious person I have found that it helps me with prayer. It also gives me energy, not like a coffee gives me energy but more like just a drive to keep going throughout the day, at times when i would normally be exhausted. I can't really explain it. Even if it is a placebo i dont care because it works for me

Didn’t notice any benefits for sleep, mood, or psychic powers. Just false promises to make money.

1 through the day & 2 before bed seem to be what works for me. Definitely Doing Something. And after about a week I started experiencing a fee very lucid dreams.

Did not notice anything different after taking it but it was nicely packaged.

See no real difference

I purchased this product after reading about the horrors of fluoride. I have been taking this religiously for about a week. Around day three I began to see a noticeable difference in the awareness of 'self' in my dream state. When I dream I have the ability to be conscious of the fact that I am dreaming. Moreover, I can focus my dreams in a way that makes them become more 'real'. Things that are normally blurry are in sharp details. Faces, object, clocks, smells and tastes all are almost...real. I wonder what a couple more weeks will do.

This actually helped me sleep. I usually have a problem with my mind racing at nights. Within 20 mins, I fall asleep.I will buy this again. It beats taking drugs which I feel is more harmful to your body (I am not totally vegetarian). It wasrecommended to take 2 tart cherry caps with this at nights. But I find that this is all I need. I am small framed, female,and weight 120 lbs. I am not sure if the dosage varies for those of a larger frame. I do drink coffee in the mornings.I hope this info helps someone.
