I love that besides the geletan capsules itself, there is only beet powder in these. No artificial flavors or sugars, etc... Plus, for the amount you get in the jar, this is a really good deal on a quality supplement. Both my husband and take these daily, and they do seem to helpba little with our bp. They do leave a slightly fruity aftertaste, but that is to be expected because beets themselves are sweet and fruity. Still, it is minimal and so much better than the taste of beet chews.

So many healthy benefits. I do not like the taste of beets but the flavor is completely contained within these capsules which makes this my favorite brand. Easy to swallow.

I will order these again. I take them for high blood pressure and they work great. Two in the am 1 in afternoon and two at night got my pressure down. 110/80 Now only take 1 in the am and 1 before bed. No more pharma HB pills for me!
