Takes some time but installation is not too complicated. There are some good and helpful videos that show the process. My input is: take some time to upgrade the firmware and the apps to latest versions to get the system working fine. The Zlink app that came installed caused Apple Car play to have a huge delay on phone calls to the point it was impossible to hold a conversation. Latest version of Zlink in Linkswell website solved the problem. I like the fact that specs are true, and the features they say you retain and the ones you loose are correct.Bottom line, this is not a product that will operate perfectly out of the box, but if you spend some time setting it up it will be a lot better that the original equipment in your truck, no matter what it is.

Bought this for a 2018 Ram. This system is NOT plug-n-play nor easy to install. It does not mesh well with the truck's operating system. It works but not as advertised and it is just a pain in the butt trying to get it to work with my iphone and my truck.Very disappointing because it looks good but does not function so well.Good luck reaching customer service for help.All Linkswell needs is an authorized installer but I believe Linkswell is a "FLASH IN THE PAN". They will churn out crappy products with the blessing of Amazon and just disappear with all of their ill-gotten gains.

So starting off with the install. It's tedious. I wish there were some instructions that focus on your particular vehicle... Or any instructions at all lolOnce I had it installed, I had 0 confidence it would even boot up, but it did, and was able to control everything it advertises. Initially I had an issue where my dual zone climate control would not be able to be controlled. However, following their vehicle specific guide of going into settings, system, setting guide and car model/ac, I was able to change it to the RAM/HIGH setting which (after cycling the ignition) gave me full control again just like stock.Going to have to test long term if it holds up in high/cold Temps and direct sunlight but my initial impression is way better than expected.

This system is awesome! I get tons of compliments everywhere I go. It is easy to install(lots of youtube videos for instructions). I had an issue where the antenna wire for the radio became frayed. I contacted the seller and they shipped me a new one within a few days! Great customer service and excellent product!!

It's a great stereo if it would work I received my initial stereo in March 2023 a couple months into having it , it went out giving me no picture this morning a couple months later I turn my truck on and was surprised by an extremely loud beeping and no picture to my stereo did the stereo reset luckily the loud Boise went away but the picture isn't showing at all very upset spent a lot of money on this stereo set for it not last me 1 year now having difficulty getting my money back Amazon shouldn't sale this product on here its a steal for our hard working money

I purchased one of these for my Ram from one of linkswell dealers and installed it myself in my truck in about a hour. Not hard to do but you need to use the directions on the linkswell site. I have had it for about a year and now have decided to go back to the OEM radio because the linkswell will not pick up AM and FM radio any longer and does not work with my OEM amp in my truck had to return to linkswell for warranty replacement. Am going to sell when I get replacement radio back from linkswell.Also for information purposes only linkswell will not warranty any radios sold from Amazon and that is on their website!

Purchased this unit and installed it. Everything worked as it should except the camera. For some reason it would detect it at random times. Also, the screen had some dead pixels and uneven black lighting. (When the screen is displaying black colors you can see white areas). I ended up returning this and purchasing the JVC 10.1 radio at best buy as they provided free installation. It was about the same price and is a way better radio!!! Save your money and time. P.s. although it looks clean without the manual climate controls losing them was an annoying feature! Overall, the linkswell deserves a 2.8 out of 5 stars it’s just okay and for the price you can get a far superior radio with free installation! Hope this helps & best wishes.
