Snailfly Running Boards Side Steps Fit for Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011-2021 Classic Aluminum Pedals

Ordered these after I watched the installation video which was pretty easy. I use them to step on to get into my Jeep Grand Cherokee with a bad knee & hip. And they look good too!

The install is much easier with 2 people as the one under the car can not hold the mounts and get the bolts, nuts and washers assembled at the same time. I did use a little bigger washers as the kit comes with very small washers and another reviewer suggested to use the bigger washers for a more secure install. He was right. Solid when finished and gives the wife a solid step up into the Jeep Grand Cherochee.

Product arrived on time and the box was in good condition. These are nice looking running boards, and all of the hardware was there. There is a YouTube video of a guy installing these exact running boards on a 2018 Grand Cherokee. I would encourage you to watch it if you have any questions. It certainly cleared things up for me. After the video, it only took me a little over an hour to install these. I am very happy with them.

Update: after seeing this review, the manufacturer reached out to me and completely took care of me.I bought these 9 months ago and they are starting to show some surface rust on some of the metal parts inlaid in the black plastic. When I go to contact Snailfly, the phone number is disconnected and the email bounced back. Yet, they still are selling on Amazon! Not to mention, one of the brackets has bent down and now it looks jacked up. They look cool but I don't recommend. Buyer beware.

I have had these running boards on for a few months. However today the weld on the running board on the passenger side broke. The weld was not good. I had to pay to have it rewelded. I am not happy with the workmanship. What can you do about this?

I bought this as a present for my boyfriend. He loved it and immediately installed it. There was one missing bolt. I reached out to the seller and they immediately responded. They asked for a photo to make sure they replaced the correct part and even sent us extra!The running boards make it so much easier to get in and out and gives the vehicle a sportier look!

It's great looking product, Instructions aren't very good and the rear mounts won't fit if you have skid plates, I had to about 3/8s inch to clear the mounts clear

Perfect fit, easy installation ,Took about 1hr.This will make it easier to enterAnd exit as we age. My wifes 2019 grand cherokee.
