This is my forever go-to! I foolishly veered off and tried two subpar options—Folex and Febreze Heavy Traffic Carpet Cleaner—and they absolutely wrecked my carpet. Total disasters. Works Better Than I Could Have Imagined.
I could have saved over $250 for the professional cleaning and steam cleaner I’ve bought for my sectional by buying this one bottle of cleaner… and it did a better job than either!

it’s getting the stains out my couch really good. I just have to wait and see how it looks when its dry . But other than that I have no complaints so far !

Stain remover
Before you replace a stained piece of furniture try this ... I was looking for a couch cover because of a deep stain on my couch when I came across this... Thought well I can return it if it doesn't work which I really didn't think it would... I had tried several other products and nothing touched the stain... Sprayed it on the stain wiped it with a soft scrub pad and the white pad started turning brown... Put a fan close to the couch and within 15 minutes it was dry and the spot was completely gone... I will definitely keep a stock of this on hand ....

Not for microfiber
I bought this based on reviews, but used it on microfiber furniture, and it made it look worse. It left watermarks that weren’t there previously. I wouldn’t recommend this product for microfiber.

Nice size bottle and left a fresh scent.
It was a big bottle, and it sure worked on a stain on my sofa. It Left my sofa smelling fresh, with no chemical smell. I will sure buy this again when needed.
