Brilliant and easy to install

1 star off for not having all the batteries needed. It does have the push button battery but not for the tune unit. I wanteded a doorbell that would not use a plug socket - they are too valuable to waste in my house. Initially I had problems with the pairing. I tried re-pairing and resetting the whole thing and it just wouldnt work. However, I was using the batteries that I had taken from my old unit which was working okay, but didnt seem to have enough juice in for the Byron. I swapped out the batteries for some new ones and eveything started working. The button lights up when you press it which is good and lets the caller know that it is working. It is a neat looking unit and is useful in that it is mobile so you can take it out into the garden with you if you are gardening.

Easy to fit good range good choice of doorbell sounds good variable sound adjustment

Brought this to go alongside the ring doorbell i noticed this week when internet is down which is often it seems in London then you stuck with the Ring doorbell and Chime actually not doing much so got this has a back up and works 100% perfect anyone having a complain about it seem to just be unlucky or not placing the battery in the bell. Not a single problem does the job it is meant to and works perfect and bonus is you can place the chime any where around the house.Perfect if you looking for an emergency doorbell or even for a standalone one to be fair easy to set up and decent chimes.

Needed a replacement for the previous unbranded bell I had bought (which was terrible as the button would get stuck so the bell would ring constantly).This one seems better built and has worked as expected so far - the red ring light when pressed is really only visible in the dark. The volume at it's loudest sounds awful - a lot of distortion and wouldn't recommend but one of the lower settings works well for me.Easy to simply plug in/stick to the wall and you're ready to go. The only downside is the extra melodies they provide - they're all so horrible, I can't imagine anyone wanting to use them. There is only one actual "ding dong" type sound which I use, but it does the job.

Doorbell is great, nice and loud and has loads of rings and melodies, but don't bother using the supplied adhesive mounts. They are useless and literally disintegrate if you try to take them off. They are also the wrong size and provide no adhesion as they can only fit over the screw mounting holes
