These cartridges couldn't be easier to use. There are multiple videos on YouTube that are two or three-minutes long to show you how to replace the toner using these cartridges. Mess-free. I am old enough to remember when adding toner to a copier practically required an apron. These are a game changer.

Apparently this is a two stage process probably to minimize any loose toner. It turns easily to 90 but you need to go another 90 to have it positioned correctly. I stopped at 90 and got the toner in but it did not reset the toner indicator light. I took the cartridge out and looked inside and saw the second 90 actually opened the socket it goes into. A little mess. I had to pull it out, raise the pump handle back up, out it back in, turn it the full 180 and push the handle back down. Then the toner light showed full.Thought this might help someone else. I saw some posts where other people could not turn it 180 so I figured is was a Chinese to English problem but I was actually doing it wrong.

I buy these to replenish our office supplies. They are easy to use. Easy to attach to the printer, easy to refill. The instructions are right on the front of each tube, and they seem to last for a couple 1000 pages.I have never had any problem with the pump jamming or it not fitting, as long as you follow the instructions. On how to connect it, it seems to perform just fine. I feel like it's a great value for the money.And I will continue to order these for the office

I have an HP Never Stop 1001NW printer. I don't know if these cartridges don't fit or work or the printer, but they will not load, and the printer is out of toner. HP no longer offers support, which is concerning as this is relatively new. From what I see online, this is a known problem. I am giving up rather than throwing more money at this thing. I am ordering a different printer and giving up on everything HP. Sadly, these companies deem these things disposable. What a waste of materials, to say nothing of the trash. I will try to recycle, but I am concerned that it will end up in a landfill even then.

It was my first go-around with low toner with the printer. When I bought my Neverstop Laser, I was looking for a laser printer and wasn't the least bit interested in the toner details. When I got the low toner message I didn't expect it. It was then I remembered I bought a toner (cartridge I thought) when I bought the printer. Next surprise: it wasn't a cartridge, just a toner dispenser. Then I found out replacing it cost $15! What's not to love!
