It’s a great product
I used this for an addition to my house. Used it on a new slab that I didn’t overly prepare. Just finished as normal. It went on very easily and dried quickly. I can’t speak on the longevity, but feel it will do extremely well in a climate controlled environment. I think it looks good and sealed the concrete to make upkeep a breeze. I would recommend from what I’ve seen so far. I’m sure it would look better if I’d sanded the surface first, but didn’t want to spend the extra time for my usage.

Best water based high gloss concrete sealer on the market
This is the best high gloss water based concrete sealer you can buy. I have a stamped concrete patio and over the years a bunch of different types of water based sealer were used on it. Most of them were junk. The color was uneven, parts were faded, and there were blisters on the previous coating. I wanted to chemically strip it and reapply with a solvent-based coating but I decided it was too much work. I ended up renting a large sanding machine and using 80 grit over the whole thing. This wasn't a great idea because it mostly only hit the high spots. I got it power washed and then manually spent a few hours with 80 grit on my hands and knees getting out all the blisters and bubbles and trying to even out the color. The area where the previous home owner had an umbrella was much darker than the rest (you can see that area in the pictures). Anyways, I researched like crazy and found this stuff. I have a 300 square foot concrete patio and I only ended up using 1 gallon for 2 coats. My patio is not very porous at all, and I even etched the surface before applying but I guess I just didn't need much. It coats very easily with a 3/8" nap roller. I had to use a paint brush to get in some of the cracks but it was a very simple process. I did 2 coats and it continues to look better even now at over 24 hours. It didn't deepen the color as much as I wanted to but has great gloss and overall a good product. I should have chemically stripped the old coating first if I wanted it to look perfect but I just wasn't prepared for that. Overall a great product. The test will be how it looks next year.

Good Product
I needed a sealer to recoat my decorative concrete. I contacted Foundation Armour with the information on the current sealer and they promptly replied with the compatible Foundation product to use. The Foundation Armour product was very easy to use. The nature of the stamped concrete required me to brush out all the grooves but that was expected. The sealer dried quickly. It is not at all tacky and there is no residual odor. Time will tell on durability but right now I am very happy with the product.

Easy to apply and looks great
Before I used this product I contacted the Foundation Armor company and discussed my intended use for their product. We needed to seal a new paver driveway in south Florida. I had a local recommendation from a pro in the neighborhood for the use of a water base product in our area due to high water table and humidity. The tech rep agreed with the recommendation. I had already used Foundation Armor solvent based product AX25 to seal pavers in our covered Lanai and got excellent results. I purchased a sprayer here but it was defective and I resorted to the use of a Scotts sprayer with selectable spray tip. It went on easily and dried pretty quickly. Cleanup was very easy and it looks great. I used a total of about 5.5 gallons in covering about 1100 square feet in 2 coats. I purchased a 5 gallon container and additional 1 gallon. The included instruction sheet was very helpful. My wife would like a higher gloss but I am satisfied. When it needs resealing I will definitely use this product if it continues its great performance. The local contractor charges$1200 for this job. That includes power washing and sand filling joints between pavers. I also did that prep and it was much more labor intensive than the sealing process.Update - I applied another coat to the driveway pavers and got a better glossy finish that the wife approves. Total of almost 8 gallons for 900 plus square feet.

Easy apply and glossy
We used this wet look floor sealer for our basement floor. It went on smoothly and dried quickly. The high shine looked really good after only one application. For an even deeper shine, we covered it a second time. This was water based and the scent was faint going on and disappeared on drying. We were very impressed with this product and would highly recommend it.

Excellent quality
Excellent product. Clear instructions and went on as supposed too. Just got it down so I don't know about longevity. I have no problem using product again. Looks nice and makes concrete floor look better.

The best high gloss water based sealant on the market!
Ive tried 3 sealants over the past few years on my natural stone patio tiles. The first 2 were brands from Home Depot. They looked good initially but weren't very durable and wore out quickly. The 3rd and most recent one Ive tried was WB25 and I can say that it's shinier, thicker and overall more durable than the other 2 WB sealants I've used. Dries quickly, low odor and looks really good. It definitley looks like it's going to outlast the others.
