This works perfectly. The install instructions could have been a little better but I was able to figure it out after a couple minutes. Only took a few more minutes and I was up and running. And the overnight delivery was amazing! And the price was great! My last modem lasted 12 years almost to the day. Hope this one lasts nearly as long!

Bought this to get out from under a leasing charge on my phone bill. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to upgrade and get out of paying the phone company that extra lease money for a crappy modem. The phone company will never tell you how much better the quality of your internet can be by just upgrading your modem. Even though this is a refurb it works flawlessly.

The router did not come with a power cord to plug into a wall socket or any instructions for set up. I’m not sure how a normal person would be able to use this equipment without the most essential components.I give this one star only because I cannot give it zero stars!

This modem has worked perfectly. It was easy to set up and connect with my internet carrier. It has been completely reliable. I took away a star because the power cord had one of the two prongs bent in a manner that prevented it to be plugged in. Fortunately I was able to repair this myself and it had worked with no issues.

The product works great to connect to CenturyLink. My CenturyLink was out and of course the ISP blamed my hardware and not their service. So I ordered this as a backup unit to test my connection. After 12 days of outage my signal came back from the provider and both my DSL modems worked - my original and this one. To test this modem I hooked it up to my service and did not have to do anything! It just worked. I did a speed test and confirmed internet access. I have no reason to keep it, as the problem turned out to be my ISP’s problem. I would buy one of these in an instant if my current DSL modem actually failed.

All I did was scan the QR code on the side of the modem and it automatically connected to my Bright speed internet. I went into to my Bright speed account and seen the new modem there so I updated my password. I thought it was odd that my phone automatically connected to it BUT the password downloaded with the scan. Easy enough for me.

The modem works perfectly. even though it said it was refurbished. It was easy to hook up also. Great value! I’m
