These taste amazing and work well. Started magnesium because of a deficiency and arrhythmia, well absorbed quickly with return to normal sustained levels within 10 days.

I really wanted these to work. I am not looking to allievate anything specific I just wanted my daily amount of magnesium. These pills are huge but aren't hard to swallow. I mainly went for these because glycinate mg is said to not cause any GI issues but after taking these I had the usual stomach cramps gas and bloating that I get if I take regular oxide which leads me to believe this has oxide in it because there is no way there is 400mg of elemental glycinate magnesium in these pills they have to be cut with something. I also felt weird like a slight dizzy feeling and cloudy like I just woke up from a nap with these and heart palpitations. It's a shame since they aren't regulated by the fda it's no telling what we are consuming.

Taste good and help my magnesium deficiency, I had my blood drawn and my magnesium levels have improved.

I’m still deciding which form of magnesium works best for my needs, but as I mention in the title, this is the best tasting gummy supplement that I have in my cupboard. Well done on both the flavor and texture!
