I have this for a long time now. It still hold its self pretty good. It's really heavy if you are trying to setup it alone, but I manage. The build quality is good and durable.

I really like that it's a wooden dummy and was very easy setup. You can tell it's an entry level, mass produced dummy. Which I very cool with because that's what I wanted. Only gripe I have with it is that I don't think the wood/glue took to the humidity changes well. It is beginning to split in many places and one of the arm pins "ball" appeared to fall of due to lack of enough glue/poor fitment. All NOT a very big deal thanks to a little extra wood glue and some elbow grease it'll be good as new.Great for the price! I'd recommend it. However, if you're expecting something more high end I think you're in the wrong price range.

It's a five star because, the assembly instructions are spot on...the overall product is durable; I've been practicing Wing Chun on it every other day...and the price is very decent compared to other merchants!

I train in a few different systems, and the dummy is great for Wing Chun as well as functioning as a makiwara for toughening the striking surfaces of the fist and hands. I think a wall mounted dummy would feel better for striking but I don’t really have a good wall space to mount it in my home, so I weighted down the stand with sandbags which helped a lot. The dummy has some cosmetic flaws and cracks but nothing fatal, and I anticipate I will be able to enjoy using the dummy for years to come.

This is a fantastic wing chun wooden dummy for the price. It comes with basic hardware and visual guide for setup, 2 pads and a dvd (will only work on a laptop) it is constructed of solid elm wood.Very easy to practice form and technique, will need reinforcing for power strikes or upwards of 165lbs.Highly recommended. Extremely fast delivery from California.

This is just as good as the thousand dollar dummies. No reason to spend extra. I'm level 4 wing chun and this is a good deal.

Knowledge is an investment, practice makes perfect. It’s worth it for the price point.Found a fracture in one of the “stabilizer” legs not enough to cry about.
