BICClassic Maxi Lighters - Tray of 50 - Plus 3 Free Special Lighters

Was really excited about these and thought it was a great deal until I realized less than half worked. I contacted the CSR and they said I could send them back but I had already tossed the ones from the beginning that didn't work or they said they would give me a whole 15% refund which I was fine with either but since I only had about 32 of them to send back, that wasn't good enough. So I said I would take the refund and never heard anything back and never got any amount of refund. They were all packaged nicely and they are regular sized BICs but about 25 of them worked maybe 3 times and were empty. You could tell when you picked them up that they were almost empty. About 15 of them never worked AT ALL!!! You could flick and flick and flick and they just never ever worked. I don't know if it was a manufacturing error or if it was stored wrong and they leaked because it took forever to get here and the arrival date kept changing to farther and farther away. But either way, I paid almost 60.00 for about 10 lighters to work longer than a day and the rest were 1 or 2 uses or none at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Better of just going to the store and buying them with this type of product and service

I got it early I'm happy

i have been buying bic lighters for decades and something awful has changed. this new design is nearly unusable. it does not consistently light due to the child safety blocking the gas i believe, it has a very low flame, maybe because the button is larger, it doesnt seem to go down very far. my calloused thumbs actually hurt from using these for a few days. extremely hard to use. very disappointed and will be seeking a new lighter solution for the first time in like 25 years.

Lighters work excellent and they arrived promptly. Much cheaper than buying individually.

Well I buy a tray about once a year and usually I'm happy with them but this tray I got are horrible. The lighters don't want to light after a few times of use and they literally fall apart easy. I will not be buying another tray of lighters. Complete waste of time. Just horrible quality for being a bic lighter. Maybe I just got a bad batch or something.

This case of lighters was a waste of time and money. I bought the 50 lighters because my family uses so many of them. You will be lucky if 1/10th of them work! I am soo disappointed with this purchase!

Good price, but the lighters seem to throw alot of extra 'juice' when getting them to light. And the 'bonus' lighters are dam near empty
