A unique tarot deck, but not perfect (4.5 stars)
I’ve had this deck for close to a month now and I must say that I really like it! I like the unique approach it has to many of the cards. This isn’t your usual RWS clone; the creator actually has a different spin on quite a few of the cards, but they are still very much linked to the meanings we’re all used to in tarot. For example, I love The Devil card. It depicts a desperate looking man trapped under a bell jar and surrounded by bottles of alcohol. There’s no literal devil figure here but it’s pretty clear what this card is about.I like the art by Davide Corsi. A lot of the deck has a Disney vibe to it, just a bit darker in places. (The Star card looks like Ariel from The Little Mermaid!) I’m not a huge Disney fan myself, but it works for me in this deck. The readings I’ve done with this deck have been insightful. I like to draw three clarifying cards if I want more insight into a certain card and this has worked wonderfully with this deck. The messages I get from it are on point.Since many of the images are non-traditional, the brief meanings in the booklet are helpful and usually insightful when it comes to readings. The creator, Gregory Scott, has used this deck several times on his channel and it was great hearing his reasonings behind some of the design choices in this deck. I wish he would do this for every card.A lot of people complain about these Lo Scarabeo tuck box decks but I love them. I absolutely love the card stock on this deck. It riffle shuffles and bridges like a dream, and it overhand shuffles wonderfully. I much prefer this kind of card stock over some of the fancier, thicker decks they’ve put out. Now, for the negatives. If you’re looking for diversity in your decks, this isn’t the deck for you. There’s maybe three or four cards that feature non-white characters. (The just released True Heart Intuitive Tarot is much better in this regard). For a deck that’s subtitled “A Tarot of Positive Clarity,” I thought that some of the cards had an unnecessarily negative bent. For example, the 4 of Swords, which usually has a resting or meditating figure, has a man that looks absolutely terrified in this deck. The Knight of Pentacles has a devil over her shoulder, obviously representing greed. Even the man in the Judgement card is being lifted away from all his worldly possessions. There’s a sense here that being focused on the material aspects of life is somehow a bad thing. Thankfully, there are some positive depictions of wealth in this deck to balance things out.Overall, I’m pretty happy with this deck. If you want something different, definitely pick this up. Just don’t expect a lot of diversity. But you will get unique depictions of the usual suspects, and I believe this has made my readings far more interesting.

Beautiful deck all around!
First of all, the reader whose name is on this is one of the best- and this carries over to the spirit of the deck which is every bit as positive as it promises! The artful is absolutely stunning as well and printed on quality card stock that makes it easy to shuffle and should hold up to thousands of readings. The guidebook has a thoughtful introduction, spreads to try, and multiple languages (English, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese). Each card description has a word or short phrase for quick reference and a longer description for those needing more information. I cannot find anything to criticize and wish I had gotten this sooner!

Seriously beautiful deck.
The Gregory Scott Tarot deck is even better in person. I watched his YT deck review and fell in love with the imagery and decided to buy. I do not regret it. Great artwork, easy to shuffle, and I love the different perspectives he gives for many of the cards. I use many different decks because I learn more about each card from the many perspectives each deck designer offers. This deck does not disappoint.
