Good way to get V C absorbed. It's my belief that we need lots more C than the CDC would have you believe and this is a good way to get it

Im 61 Very Healthy in mind and Body always looking for a better way to age. I read about this therapy and it led me to some Videos on youtube about this dosage on a daily basis.I pair mine with Hydrolic acid 100mg and 20 grams of collagen , 100mg MSM and top it off with Glucosamine HCI 1500mg Chondroitin Sulfate 1200mgMy Knee is so much better and to bend, my skin looks great and basically everything is Phenomenal!I will continue to use as long as i continue to get these Great results. MInd you You have to do work too like taking them consistently and making your health a Habit :)

Bought these to try to increase my immune system because everyone at my workplace was constantly getting sick. Not only did they prevent me from picking up whatever it was, but I also noticed an increase of energy and my attention span improved. Guess I needed to up the Vitamin C. One word of caution- make sure you take these after you eat, because they will make you extremely nauseous on an empty stomach.

Even though a single dose is 3 capsules, I enjoy having this super charged form of vitamin C. They have kept the capsule size reasonable so they don't get stuck in the throat. This is part of my daily regimen to keep myself healthy throughout the cold and flu season.
