Very durable battery
Before buying this, I only had the battery my Nikon Z50 camera came with and I had to charge it quite often but this battery lasts so much longer! I literally don’t know what it is but I was out and exploring a new city for 2 days and not even one bar went down until the morning of the third day! I had originally intended for this to be my spare/backup battery but this will be my main battery from now on

Trust Nikon
My best compliment is that it met expectations. I bought it as a backup for a camping trip to national parks in the Northwest, where charging would be hit-or-miss. It did fine. My experience with Nikon lithium batteries dates back 20 years. I’ve never had a safety issue with them, so I’m not willing to try cheaper aftermarket units.John M., Glenshaw, PA

Brand name battery
Some sellers try to substitute a (less expensive) generic battery. This was advertised as Nikon and it is Nikon. The price is set, it is the standard price but convenient delivery. I purchased it so that I could use my older batteries as backups, since they are over 3 years old and do not last as long as they used to.

Another overpriced battery - But there's nothing else
The Nikon Z50 camera is too new to have third party battery suppliers, so Nikon takes advantage of those who like the camera and need more batteries, as always.I needed a second battery, and I ended up purchasing this one. No choice. It's working as expected. It's a battery. I can get about 400 clicks (with all the options turned off - wi-fi, display, no flash, no video) per charge and I've heard it gets better after a few charges. If you have to have a second battery, you buy it. If you can wait and have enough time between shoots to charge the battery that came with the Z50, wait.

Real Nikon Brand
I was not expecting it to be the real thing, as the original is black color and here it's advertised as gray, haven't tested it yet but so far looks original from Nikon. Will update later about it's performance.

Very pleased
Arrived very quickly in great condition. This charger will be very useful, especially when I travel. I can use the usb connections to charge my camera batteries while in the car and not worry about losing a photo op! Very reasonably priced too.

Right now the only game in town for Z50 batteries.
Everything about this battery is perfect...except the price. So how long before Wasabi or someone else comes out with a generic EL-25? $69 plus tax is pretty steep for a freakin' battery! I have always had several backup batteries for my cameras... the one provided by Nikon and a handful of others, but at $69+ a pop that's not happened until less expensive ones hit the market. Come on you other guys... let's go!!!
