I was really excited that there was barely any fall out, and I'm someone who brushes and plays with my hair a lot, so I was really surprised when I noticed that it didn't fall out. I also like that the company selling the hair emails me to make sure it arrived and that I'm enjoying it. It's nice to know they care as much as I do about what I think! Will definitely buy again!
