100% worth it
It was definitely more than a 20 minute job to put the scooter together, and several steps had to be pulled apart and re-done because we didn’t get them correct the first time but my kids LOVE this scooter. It was a 9th birthday present, he’s 4’8” and about 90 pounds, he fits great. My older daughter is about 5’ tall, and she looks a little tall and cramped but it doesn’t seem to bother her at all.I was worried about the battery life based on the reviews but we have had zero problems, it’s run for close to an hour multiple times a day since we’ve gotten it about a week ago. It isn’t really a great scooter to ride to a destination, and 45 minutes seems about the limit my kids can drift in circles in the driveway. There is a bit of a learning curve and if your kid is especially cautious, they might not use this to its full potential, but I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend.

Awesome scooter for my kids!
I bought this for my kids for Christmas and they absolutely love them! I was very surprised at the battery life. Online it says they last about 40 minutes of continuous use, but my kids use them for almost an hour and a half or so. I guess they aren't constantly accelerating, so that's probably why, but I'm still happy with them. I also rode it for a minute or so to try it out and it held me and I'm 200 lbs. If they made these for adults I would buy one for my wife and I in a heartbeat! 🙂👍

The media could not be loaded. OMG 😱 I am a 51 yr of age grandmother . I purchased this razor for my special needs granddaughter. My bby is on the heavy side. BUT THIS RAZOR IS THE BUMB ! I purchased this for my bby motor skills! She leaned to ride in one day ! I have to keep the razor shut off! I told my age to let you know I ride this razor as well! I DID FALL SHOWING OUT 😂😂🤣 check out my video

Love it.
Bought for my 7yr old son and he loves it. Works great and he spends hours on it without getting bored. If you get scared and put your foot down it will flip you over so I’d wear a helmet.

Needed to be Returned: Hoping Second Review is Better Than First
We purchased this for our 8 year old son and began to put it together today; my initial instinct was that this was a returned item but didn't want to disappoint my son; unfortunately that is exactly what we received. In the beginning everything on the Drifter seemed very easy to put together, THAT IS until we got to the seat. I noticed there seemed to be some stress fractures on the seat when I went to assemble, but again chose to ignore it as I didn't want to disappoint my son. I should have realized that was a big red flag. The pieces that are supposed to easily snap together DID NOT, thus whomever had this before had the same issue and that's why the original stress fractures were there. In the end I had to return and am hopefully getting a replacement. I'm hoping this is a one-off situation and that the next one will work much better.UPDATE: We received the replacement Drifter. This one was definitely boxed better and no stress fractures on the seat. While the seat was still very difficult to snap together, we finally were able to make it work with a little maneuvering. My son definitely loved playing with it the first few days and still likes it but sadly it’s not his first go to riding toy. I still recommend as he does definitely get enjoyment out of it.
