Best one yet
I have to take this for life. I have tried others but this one has B complex and I don’t have to take another vitamin for B with it. Easy to swallow, has no taste and worth the money. On my third bottle.

Important blend with B6 & B12
After a lot of research and dr. advice, found info that methyfolate works best in combination with B6 and B12. It is more expensive to take in combination, but this item saves from taking multiple pills. After years of various trials, this has shown an improvement that is noticeable. It may not work for everyone, but this combination works well enough for my person that it's worth the expense.Capsules are relatively small compared to many other supplements.highly recommend trying to see if this helps you!

Low levels of Folic Acid affecting moods, depression, sleep...
After genetic testing revealed unusually low levels of Folic Acid, doctor recommended adding Methylfolate to balance moods, help fight depression & help with sleep. Started with a higher priced brand but found exactly same ingredients & dosage in FolateMaxx, which is more reasonably priced. So far have seen some improvement. Understand that more visible improvement takes up to 90 days. Expect that next blood work will show more normal levels of Folic Acid.

30 CAPSULES MISSING!!!
I should have listened to another review of Nov. 17 which said that half the capsules were missing. I looked in the bottle and you could clearly see that there were not 60 capsules inside.....I counted and there were 30. THIS ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE.....meaning it's missing half, and you can't return!!!! Something must be wrong with their pill counter.....or is this intentional because others have experienced this. DO NOT BUY.

Great product
Capsules are not to large. I’ve tried many different kinds of L-Methylfolate and this one is by far my favorite, I noticed an increase in energy on day 2! Will be my go to from now on!
