I’ve been using this spirometer for a few weeks now, and it’s been fantastic for improving my breathing exercises. It’s easy to use, with clear instructions. I bought this for 199 in April now the price is increased three fold. Built wise it's good. Regularly using and it shows slight improvement in inhale/exhale capacity. Useful to improve lung capacity.While inhaling it's easy to bring the balls up. But while exhaling by turning the device reversed it's difficult to raise even the second yellow ball. Continuous practice may yield results..

Worst quality, please don't purchase this product. Functionalities wise it's not a good product.
