A great book to have around!
I recently rediscovered this book on my bookshelf and decided to make a few recipes from it for the week and wow! I'm a huge fan! Lots of flavor, the recipes are pretty easy, and, most of all, they're inexpensive.

Great recipes and meal plans .
I will preface this by saying i am new to weight training and so I am not in the class of a “serious body builder” but I am very serious about health and maintaining ( now building )muscle mass .I like to cook and I eat a pretty healthy diet already . I purchased this book to help guide me in tailoring my vegan diet towards one that can help me gain muscle as well as drop fat without losing muscle .I am currently doing the “cutting meal plan “ . The shopping list contained primarily items that I already keep on hand with just a few necessary add ons , that meal prep was manageable , amd the daily food allotment feels like ALOT of food . ..AND the recipes taste great .I would definitely recommend this book

My go too!
Honestly this is my go to book right now. It has also inspired me to make a few of my own recipes. I am so inspired by the book and just glad that I was able to find a book that is protein focused for us herbivores!

Inconsistent and Frustrating
Following the “bulking” shopping and food plan. Started cooking just to find that several of the items the recipes called for weren’t in the list of needed items. Leave it out or go shopping… again, and again. Frustrating. Pretty much I just assume now that the lost of items needed in each section are incomplete.

More than just a cookbook
I absolutely adore this book. A lot of cookbooks just give you recipes that you can find easily with a quick google. These are not only designed to be high protein but they’re perfect for meal prep, are delicious, and most are easy to make. What I really like, though, is that nearly half the book is filled with vegan bodybuilding tips, and sample meal plans for bulking, cutting, and maintenance.

One of my most favorite cookbooks, ever!
The recipes are protein-packed, delicious, and not very fussy to make (so easy!). Some of my favorites so far are the tangy broccoli salad, the crunchy rainbow salad, and the "cheesy" cauliflower soup. Bodybuilder or not--this is a fantastic resource for anyone looking to incorporate more plant-based meals into their diets without sacrificing protein goals. I collect cookbooks, and this one is absolutely one of my favorites.
