I bought this as an Amazon Warehouse open box; I think it was 40-50% off of regular retail. since this is a clone of a Zebra thermal printer that is over $200 off. I mention this because this was my first thermal printer and I was not sure if our small home business needed the added expense.Well, I have used it for about 1.5 months and it sis awesome, a true game changer. It is easy to use, and worth the full retail. I would say it is as good as a Zebra although my experience is with Zebra is based on other reviews and not first hand use.This has sold build quality, much heavier (in a good way) then you would expect from a Chinese "knock off" . It comes with CD based drivers but drivers can be downloaded, this is even disclosed on a decal on the front of the printer.I use a PC with a USB connection (USB is the only connection method) and I have had no issues with glitches. I have only printed USPS shipping lables from the Ebay Seller Hub.This printer has significantly improved my workload and has already began to recover its cost. Remember you can get free thermal printer lables from UPS and FedEx, check online for how too videos.

Complete garbage. Did not connect with my laptop and when I finally selected generic for the brand it finally worked, only to not work and print out blank labels. This was a waste of $100 I have paid labels from USPS that I can not print which means I wasted money twice. If I had know it was from China I never would have bought. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

This printer works great for printing shipping labels, the quality of the printing is poor, so I wouldn't recommend using it for printing anything other than that. Fast printing and fits the 4x6 rolls of labels easily. The width adjusts for different sizes.It was very easy to setup and the instructions were clear.The software was fast to download online and also came with a discNow that I have it setup I just need to plug it into the USB port on my laptop when I want to print to itThis has made shipping easier for me and worth the price

I have now used this printer for over two years and have not had one paper jam or any other problem with this printer. It prints nice and clear and prints fast. If you are looking for a great entry level printer for shipping, I would recommend this. Also if you don't print a ton of labels, this is a great choice as it keeps them enclosed so the labels won't get dusty or damaged.

The printer I received looks more like the Fangtek competitor model that is listed on Amazon.The connectors in the back look like they're from a Windows 98 keyboard, but they come with a USB cable.The flash drive had the printer drivers, which worked. However, the print label studio did not work on my computer. It's okay though, as long as I have the label formatted correctly (4x6), then the labels print.Works good enough to sell items online and print large USPS labels.

I've had this printer (M6) for about a year now all of a sudden it started not recognizing the paper and I almost thought I might give up after checking forums and reinstalling the driver etc. But I went to the website and noticed there was a WhatsApp contact. It took a day or two but someone actually responded with instructions to calibrate and it is good as new! My fears of buying an unfamiliar brand were unfounded and I would feel comfortable recommending this brand. When the time comes, I will consider Soonmark for sure.

Ok, this item came with literally nothing in the way of instructions. When I realized the sellers stating this was compatable with eBay etc…I soon realized this was not the case. I have attempted to install and use this device on 4 computers with no real luck at all. Each computer when I install the worthless application either won’t print at all or the format is all wrong and there are no effective settings to help. I went to the website and saw dome possible application help but everything is in one language and not mine, english. I have wasted hours on something stated it would be easy to set up its not. There is no support based on what I see. So maybe you might consider covering trouble shooting in the languages where your selling your product? Looks like if I can’t resolve this by Monday I will have no choice but to return the device. I have labels to print. And I would also suggest you lost your instructions also for shipping labels instead of receipts which i bought it to do labels not receipts. I guess I’ll have to try to find some software that may help actually position the label image correctly not offset in multiple angles which is what I’m getting. Can’t something just work right out of the box? Where’s this compatability your listing suggested because there is nothing about eBay anywhere that I can see…your app drops off for no reason and your software for templates doesn’t work at all it’s got no instructions and Kant finished I’ll have to assume.Don’t buy unless you are a master programmer or something similar cause I’ve wasted T least 20 labels and I’m still having to print on plain paper

I work at a biology lab where we work with millions of centrifuge tubes, eppendorf tubes, test tube racks, and other samples. Before, we had to label the tubes with a sharpie by hand. It was such a waste of time and very tiring. Our work laptops don't have disk players but thankfully the QR code they provided sent us to the website where we downloaded the driver. I also tested other drivers (like Zebra) on this printer and they work also. I also like how it comes with software that allows you to calibrate the printer to any label's size. One thing I don't like is that the wire and the power unit aren't part of the printer. Zebra printers have this fixed and concealed at the base of the printer but this one is external and just dangles around.
