Does not fit
I bought these about 6 months ago and stored them for future use. I went to install one today and found out that it will not fit in my air return because it does not have a lip. What a waste of my $133.24. Now I am stuck with filters I cannot use. I learned the hard way that all 20x25x5 filters are not the same size. Some have lips with a smaller 4" deep backside and some do not have lips. Use my experience as a learning lesson, make sure which type of 20x25x5 filter you need before ordering (lipped or non-lipped).

Great Value
I love that these are made in the USA. We weren't able to use the filters we received, although it is not the manufacturer, the wrong size was ordered. I have ordered filters in the correct size to replace the wrong ones and will be updating my review after the first one is installed.

Filterbuy customer service is pathetic.
Received the Filterbuy filters that were drop shipped from Filterbuy that were damaged in shipping. Filterbuy filters are great, but their customer service is terrible. Amazon is selling the product, but they have no control over Filterbuy and Filterbuy won't give me a return label. Thus, I have to pay to return the large box of filters to get my refund and then ask Amazon to refund my postage. Don't buy from Filterbuy!I've spent hours trying to get a refund and it's not worth the risk to buy from Filterbuy.
