I have been looking for an outdoor oven that is more versatile than just cooking pizza. i went through a couple different "pizza" ovens and decided i wanted them to do more than pizza that didnt take up a huge amount of space and was super heavy, but most cant due to their design. This fits the bill just fine! I can pretty much cook anything in this oven that I can cook inside! It is also very easy to get higher heat out of this by adding a 2nd pizza stone on the top rack to help keep more of the heat inside the oven! Very well made and it comes mostly put together so no hassle getting it ready to cook! Came shipped on a pallet and very well packaged. Comes with a smoker box that hangs on the rack so you can get some smoke without a big mess! Looking forward to using this for many years to come!

Did not notice dent on door and dent disfigured front left bottom until after i unpacked it band threw away packing material.

I installed it in granite and brick. It’s not designed very well for this style of installation. If i could do it again I’d buy something nicer.

The oven looks great in the outside kitchen however it takes a long time to heat up, at least 20 minutes to get to 300 degrees. The temperature gauge goes up to 700° but mine has a hard time reaching 350 after 30 minutes. I love having three racks to cook on and with the dome shaped top I thought the heat would disperse more evenly but when making three pies at once the top and middle pie cook more slowly and you have to rotate them down to the bottom in order to finish them, not that big of a deal. Overall the oven is good and makes for a lot of fun on pizza nights.

What a great investment! We are loving it! Only change me made was to get a wooden peel - this unit came with a metal peel and we found it to be too small and many times sticking to the fresh dough.

Homemade pizza cooked at 500 degrees! The Oven had very even cooking. It worked great even in cold (32F) weather! The unit is packaged well and arrived on time. There were just a couple easy items to assemble.

I wanted a large, free standing, natural gas patio pizza/baking oven that was mobile and this is the only one that seems to qualify for that description. It was pretty straightforward to assemble and things fit together properly. I used it for the first time last night to make a shrimp and scallop pizza which turned out pretty good. However, I have a few concerns that I hope don't become issues. First of all, the stainless steel looks good, but I am disappointed to see the unit is made in China and my experience with Chinese SS is not good - manufacturers there often claim "heavy duty, rustproof 304 stainless steel", but that is rarely the case. My 30 year old American -made Dynasty outdoor grill has endured damp marine air when we lived in California and it still doesn't have a speck of rust anywhere thanks, probably, to its 316 stainless steel construction. So time will tell how this oven holds up to rust resistance. The other major disappoint I had on my first use of the oven is that it took nearly 20 minutes with a pizza stone and the smoke box installed to reach 400 degrees; it would just not get past that temperature - and that was with an outside ambient temperature of 90 degrees during a heat wave we are having in Arizona; consequently, the Gruyere and Parmesan cheese topping would not brown and the crust was a little doughy in the thicker sections. It would sure be nice if this oven could reach 500-525 degrees in 10 minutes like the professional wood burning ovens can. The smoke generated by the smallish metal box that hangs on the lower rack produced moderate smoke for about 15 minutes once it got up to smoldering temperature. I am piped with 1/2" black pipe installed on my patio and using a 3/8" flex line connection, as that is what the factory installed fitting required, so I doubt using a 1/2" flex line will help. Since I ordered the unit as a NG unit, I am assuming the orifice is the correct larger size as compared to the smaller-orifice propane/LG models. I'm giving the unit 4 stars for now and will provide an update at the end of summer. For the price of this oven let's hope the bugs can be worked out.
