This is the best Ghee I have ever had— I have NEVER been a fan of ghee. Any other ghee I’ve tried- the smell has been off putting and honestly I was repulsed by the taste. I started to incorporate an Ayurvedic diet into my life for “detox” several months ago and used other ghee’s, including homemade ones but still I just was not able to take it in without closing my nose.I found out about A2 ghee when reading an article about doing a certain puja ceremony and eventually found Gir organics- and I am SOOOOO GLAD that I did! It seriously is a game changer in my Ghee routine. I can’t believe I don’t have to close my nose/stop breathing in order for me to take a spoon of it in the morning. It barely has a taste. I would describe the taste as nuttyish. I finished the whole jar and just ordered the bigger jar for myself (as it’s more economical). It’s well worth the price for me.

I had been using readily available ghee for years, and for the most part, save for some subtle differences, it's not worth the effort to sweat for a specific brand. This though, this is very, Very different. In every way.First, texture. At room temperature, this is a little soupier than more common ghee which is mostly butter-like in texture. I don't mean that to sound critical. I actually find that to be a plus. There is creaminess within that soupiness.Taste? This is what I was most interested in. This stuff is unbelievable! There is a sweetness to it. A richness. A2A2 cows from a place that has more than a passing reverence for cows, is it any wonder?This came to me via DHL from India. I was apprised of customs issues when it arrived and when it arrived, it was clear that it had been,... thoroughly inspected. Number Nine tore the box open and haphazardly replaced the missing corner of the box with DHL tape, but I am happy to report that despite apparent rough handling, the jar was packed so well, it arrived undamaged. It took quite a while to get here, so I'll plan on that when it's time to get another.I was a little nervous about the higher price, but this is one of those times where you get what you pay for. I will be ordering more of this.

The ghee is really pure and you will really taste the purity of ghee!! It’s a must recommendation.

This ghee is expensive, but I know the health benefits of A2. So I spent it - twice. The first jar was fine. Second jar stunk! I tried to put up with it bc I did not want to waste it. When I finally decided I could not use it anymore, they would not give me my money back. If they had, happily, I would have tried a third jar. If that one was OK they would have kept my business. But now, I will not order from them again. Other one star rating say the same thing about smell - so I am betting it is a crap shoot whether you get a good or bad jar - and when you do get a bad jar, you are out $55. Further, they say I waited too long and that it went bad. Ghee does not go bad, especially when kept in the fridge. I even transferred some to a smaller jar so as not to introduce too many knives etc into the original jar bc it is so big. It smelled the first time I opened it - it smells the second time I opened it a couple weeks later. I would move on. I am going back to the Ghee I used before: Ancient Organics Ghee Grass-fed. They never had odors and I really liked it. Will have to give up the A2 idea.

I've had their ghee before. Unfortunately during shipping, my order suffered damage. GirOrganic did a great job on fixing the issue. Would buy again.

Packaged beautifully. It arrived secured properly. I don’t know about the flavor because I bought it to use as applying in the navel on a daily basis. To that end I am very happy with it. It’s helping me heal very nicely.Update on 12/27/2020 I started using it on my face as a treatment after reading about it online. I rub a bit between my palms and it becomes very smooth like cream, I applied it to my face after washing with an exfoliating cleanser. I didn't apply any serum or anything else at all. It feels very fatty and a bit greasy but I just went with it. I did use a rose quarts roller stone to work it in and its only been 2 days I'm already blown away by the results.I can honestly say it took 5 years off my face. I like this more than my very expensive skincare set that I have been using for years. I suggest if you want to try this then do it for a couple days when you are off. If you can even devote 2 days a week I think you will love the results. i've never been so amazed by using anything for just a couple of days.

This organic Ghee is too good. Will order it again and again.
