Nice sound

Bought this in May 2021 for 40k. Performed really well because of which I also bought a Yamaha Powered Subwoofer & the combination was amazing till about 2 months ago, the sound bar died all of a sudden & would not power on. The service provider for Focal in India, AK International is probably the worst company to deal with warranty service. I was asked to ship the entire unit at my own expense from Kolkata to Mumbai for warranty service which is absurd for such a premium audio product. That too after initially being denied any warranty support as AK International claimed that the unit had only a 1 year warranty while it had a 2 year warranty. After much back & forth with Amazon Customer Service, I was made whole & given a fair resolution.STAY AWAY FROM FOCAL PRODUCTS IN INDIA. AK INTERNATIONAL IS GOING TO BE IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

Bought for my lg c9 65 inchQuality of base is too good and there. Is surely no need for an external sub. The base quality in particualr is very surprising. The bar is exceptoonally good for music and loud enough. Its different than bose 700 . base is betterr but 1 point bose better in sound stage.Overall still a very satistfying hifi sound stage i liked iy over bose 700 personaly especially the base. Its sin0le plug n play going good with lg c9. Sound lag and. Sync can be done with remote. The framr feels v premiumEdit after 1 year of useSub standard quality material used for speakersJust after 1 year completing right siide speaker torn and giving buzzing sounds on low frequencies. Now totally useless 👎💨 . Worhtless money wastage. I should have gone for bose soundbar anyday. That's 100 tiimes better in durability.Service center in Mumbai just the transportation cost is above 6000 rs from delhi. Repairs too very expansive. So a big NO.After 18 months all right and left speakers are torn. Company service center not providing repairs, email to company also not responsive. No repairs available. Company support NIL. Go for bose dont waste money on this focal experiment..... Never

May be product is Hi-fi but technician support not available for this product is a drawback for it. Without sub its not worth buying. It says plug n play still the set up is complex thing. Also features to be explained by technician is missing. Until technician for fixing is provided by the company do not buy this product.

The sound is excellent but the durability is very poor. The first one I ordered had a hissing sound on left speakers, returned on Amazon and got a replacement. This too died (does not turn on anymore) after 2 years.Please do not buy this brand.

This is the best sound bar . It’s expensive but worth every penny . I got it with the wireless sub air . In my opinion only soundbar gives the required punch . The only flip side is lesser hdmi port ... but if your tv has a hdmi sound out then nothing worry .My setupConnected the firestick to tvHdmi out to soundbarSetup box connected to soundbar via optical cableBt adaptor connected to aux so that you can play via BluetoothSub air connected to soundbar via the subwoofer cable ( not a fan of using wireless sub)Cons : the remote is small . But u can work with it . I wish I had a universal remote .Note : don’t go to buy hdmi extenders it’s waste of money . Those hdmi extenders don’t work with firestick .

I had purchased seeing the price, very second month power supply failed which was on stabilizer, I need to courier it to Mumbai for repair to AK INTERNATIONAL, recently soundbar dint work i had to send whole sound bar again to Mumbai now they they can’t service as the part cost higher than the sound bar which is in warranty recommended to buy new one. When asked they said physical damage and cockroach are inside.So think before you buy as there is no proper service. Every time you need to courier to Ak international mumbai
