The box arrived as a previous return all taped up all over. It was for my son’s birthday so I left it in box until his Birthday which of course was after return date. My fault for that. When he opened it he wanted to use it immediately. We blew it up, it had a coke or something similar stain on it. After it was set up, it slowly started deflating. It literally was never used by us, why is it deflating? I tried tightening the caps and it still slowly leaked. Not sure if this is due to it possibly being a resale or if it is just poorly made. I have a very sad little boy who never got to use his birthday present since we are out of return time.

This has been an amazing investment! Teens love it, littles love it and I love watching them enjoy 😊

Bought for grandchildren. Second slide in one year. Not sure how hole developed , winter storage or regular use. Should not have had issue with only one year of use.

My kids love it but it deflates everyday on one side only. I have to add air before every use. Also no pump included

Very fun, but it needs a lot of air. I recommend using an air compressor to blow it up. If you have an inground pool, you can buy this. It’s really hard to set it up. There’s a blue thing underneath that needs to go into the pool it takes like 20 gallons of air my eight year old and neighbor played on it end up starting to deflate, but thankfully there is no hole. We probably didn’t put the seal tight.

We bought it for Memorial Day weekend, it was trash by the 4th of July. We used this product as advertised with only kids and strictly adhered to the product guidelines and weight limits. It failed on the 3rd day of using it. We submitted a request to the seller and have not had a response. Trust your gut, do not buy this product unless you just plan on throwing it away a few days later. This is clearly a defective product. I haven’t tried to call the manufacturer yet, but have had no response from the seller. I have tried to request a refund or exchange and have had no luck. Zero customer support from the seller.

So far it’s holding up to my kids and a little of myself lol
