The yellow cartridge appears smaller than the assigned slot in the printer. After I installed it, it can wriggle when touched. Even when I printed in B&W, the printer put yellow streaks which can cover 1/2 or 3/4 of the pages, vertically. I use the printer for business, cannot use these cartridges. I did not know when I ordered that these are non-HP cartridges. I would like to return them for a refund.

These toners didn’t work. The mechanism is different from the original and the printer doesn’t recognize it. I just opened the box and realized it was not working when I had installed it. I would stay away from this brand and rather go with hp original toners.

I received my Amazon purchase but was not careful enough to see that I was getting a Chinese Knock Off product. I will look closer next time but I like to trust Amazon to make such purchases crystal clear that it may not be what you are expecting.
