Cozy, Warm, and a Winter Must-Have!
This heated mattress pad is a total game changer for cold nights! It heats up fast and evenly, so no more chilly spots in bed. With 6 heat levels and 10 time settings, I can set it just the way I like. Plus, the dual controllers are a lifesaver my partner and I can each pick our own temperature, so no more fighting over the perfect warmth! The fabric is soft and breathable, keeping me warm without making me overheat. I love that it has a 10-hour auto shut-off for safety, so I don’t have to worry about leaving it on overnight. It fits my mattress perfectly and stays in place, and the long power cord makes it easy to plug in. Best of all, the controllers detach, so I can just throw it in the wash when needed.Overall, this mattress pad is super cozy, easy to use, and makes winter nights so much better. Highly recommend!

Awesome
I had recently purchased this queen-size heated mattress pad, and I can’t stop raving about it. The warmth it provides during cold nights is heavenly. The dual controls are a game changer my partner likes the bed heat while I prefer it warmer, and this allows us to customize each side to our liking. The heat settings are adjustable, and the highest level warms up the bed in minutes. The fabric feels soft and comfortable, and the heating wires are barely noticeable. I also love the safety features like the automatic shut-off, which gives me peace of mind if I forget to turn it off.Installing it was easy it fits securely on the mattress without slipping or bunching up. Overall, it’s been a fantastic addition to our bedroom and has made winter nights so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay warm

Surpassed expectations
Update Nov 8, 2024: I've had this item 11 months and sadly the item has died. It stopped working and the 1 position is flashing, which I read to mean it has a bad connection somewhere. Tried unplugging and replugging the connection box and also the main cord from the wall but neither fixed the issue. To be honest, I greatly appreciate whatever features allow it to sense an issue and stop working so that I don't need to worry about it overheating or being a fire hazard. I have used it every single night (even through the summer on a lower heat setting) for nearly a year. Worth every penny and still very glad I made this purchase. Personally, I am ok with the short-ish lifespan of the product to ensure all its safety features are current, but I am going to try another brand to get a different/better controller for more options like picking how long it stays on and a wider range of heating temp steps.----------------------------------------I was really skeptical to get this but I needed a solution because it's been so cold lately and this was on sale. I was so surprised how well it works! Not only does the heating work better than my expectations, I found that even on my tempur pesic mattress I personally cannot feel any wires or discomfort. I've had it a week, so if it stops being comfortable I'll update my review.Though I did give this 5 stars because it's comfortable and works well, there is one major thing I wish were better about the design. I wish the controller had more functions, specifically a timer you could set. There is an auto shut off built in but it's on an 11 hour internal timer - I don't really need to run it for that long.

Working properly to warm the bed given these few caveats
It seems to be working properly to warm the bed given these few caveats of differences from my old mattress pad heater. No bumps from connections or wires are felt while using this product. Some things to be aware of if you are considering this dual control, queen, mattress pad heater.1. Each controller plugs into the mattress pad in separate locations. Two sets of wires need to be run under the bed.2. Each controller's electrical plug is separate and needs a separate outlet.3. The information states that it only heats to 15 degrees above ambient. Not sure where ambient is measured from but it may be from the controller itself, which would make sense to be located there. I was skeptical of this being effective but so far this unit heats quite sufficiently and setting #1 is all that my wife and I have needed. Aches and pains may require more heat such as a typical heating pad provides.4. The automatic shutoff feature must be set up on the controller first using some button pushes and unplugging the controller and plugging it back in - not very user friendly. Once set up it only works IF the controller has power and THEN it will shut off after 10 hours. If a power outage occurs while the controller is on, the auto shut off will reset and restart once YOU push the power button on the controller to activate the heating element again. At that time, the 10 hour shutoff starts all over. So if you lose power at 2am and it comes back on at 3am, you must manually turn the controller on again. Then after 10 hours it will auto shut off, which would be 1pm if it is turned back on at 3am. Not very useful or user friendly. You may want a controller that you can manually turn on and it stays on so you can plug it into a separate battery backup timer that will still shut the heater off at the wanted time, such as 7am, without skipping a beat regardless of power outages.5. If you want your bed warm before you go to bed with this product, you will have to manually turn this controller on each night before you jump in. You cannot set it up on a separate wall timer to turn power on to the controller as the controller will NOT turn on until you press the power button on the controller. It will NOT come on when the wall timer provides power to the controller. Not very convenient. My old mattress pad heater had an ON/OFF switch that kept the pad on until switched off. Plugging this into a wall timer allowed me to leave the controller switch on and let the wall timer turn power on to preheat the bed 30 minutes before I would typically retire for the night. The bed was always nice and warm without my intervention, and shut off at 7am without my intervention. Since my wall timer was battery backup, it was not affected by any loss of power. Once power was restored, the heater came on again and stayed on until the preset shutoff time, e.g. 7am, not another 10 hours as this controller does. How long it lasts is yet to be determined. My old one lasted about 15 years before a controller gave out.
