Purchased 4 years ago for my daughter when she was in ballet. She liked it and used it, but fast forward to today, I’ve been hobbling around miserably for a week or more with planter fasciitis, today I got this out and within minutes I had considerable relief. Kept stretching, hours later I’m close to having resolved it almost completely! Amazing difference!!! Stretching, ice, rest, and anti inflammatory medicine barely made a difference, but this band single handedly got rid of almost all of the pain in hours. FYI...I folded the band so it’s doubled, then placed the center under the ball of my foot and gently pulled the ends toward my torso with both hands, keeping my knee slightly bent, and held the stretch as long as possible. As I felt the muscles relax, I gently deepened the stretch. So. Much. Relief.

It was very helpful in achieving a full spilt stretch. My family even joined in on getting stretches before bed time.

Order the ballet stretch band for my 11 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She hasn’t had the chance to use it yet but was the one who searched on Amazon for the product and let me know it’s exactly what they use in her dance class and she had to have it for dance. Cannot wait to see her face on Christmas Day when she opens this gift. The order arrived within days as exactly stated when I placed my order which was really quick since its Christmas season. I would definitely recommend this item.

I’m 5’4 and I couldn’t fully stretch into my middle split

As a dancer, this band has helped me tremendously with my stretches; I no longer have to hold my leg or find a place to brace myself against, and I am free to focus on my posture and maintain proper alignment. Additionally, this band enables me to reach deeper stretches than before, which has really helped elongation of my muscles!With the consistent and proper use (hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds to a minute, and stretch 6 days a week at least once a day, but aim for twice a day if possible) of a stretching aid like this, say hello to longer muscles and slimmer legs like those of the Russian dancers that are the envy of the dance world!

My daughter hasn't been using this for long, but so far it has been great. She watched all the videos, they're the key to using this band correctly so make sure you watch them, and already she's able to hold positions longer in class and her flexibility has increased. She started out not being able to do her middle splits and in two weeks is almost down all the way.

I could not handle the smell, I had to return it!

It is perfect. I have long legs and it works even for me. The material is not to harsh on the legs, it doesn't pull so much like others, but it seems in the same time like it is not going to break easily. I really have no complains. It does what it says it supposed to do. The best I have tried so far. And I write this review after months.
