Have bought similar before. These are good!
For my mother in law. Her hot tap was hard work to close so I swapped the tap tops out for these. Problem solved. She likes how easy they are to use! They don't need much force to operate and smarten the bathroom up. Well made, good finish. Not expensive either!

Surprisingly good product.
A few burrs on the thread of the tap screw housing raised my shackles about the product quality.Once I removed these (with ease) and assembled the fittings to the tap housing, I was delighted with the overall result.A massive improvement on the old taps and easy to fit.

Simple tap replacement
The Alliance ½” ceramic valve lever taps were an easy replacement for the old cross-top taps on an old sink mixer in the washroom, given the right tools and knowledge.Having isolated the water supplies the old valves came off easily enough once I managed to remove the covers (hacksaw through the spindles because the cross-tops were seized on). I used an impact driver and a long socket on the old valves to slacken the seal of several decades, totally effortless, a matter of seconds with no stress on me or any of the surroundings.I carefully cleaned the old seats with the usual tool to make sure the rubber on the base of the new taps located properly with a good seal and rinsed out any residues before fitting the new valves. The O-rings guarantee a good seal to the tap base. The top caps can be gently sprung out with a pointed tool to allow the lock screw to be undone and the levers re-positioned or even swapped over. I prefer the Off position to be pushed back sticking out sideways and the On to be forwards in the direction of flow from the spout.

Quality Replacement Tap Valves
I was looking for replacement 1/4 turn ceramic valve cartridges to replace my traditional rubber washer valves on my hand basin tap but couldn't find any that had slots cut into the spline end to allow them to expand when the screw was tightened in order to hold the tap head in place.Came across these valves with lever heads and decided to to see if they'd fit. I'm impressed with the quality given the price paid and they were a simple swap fit. They're a little bit too large for the size of the tap body but it's purely cosmetic and nothing I can't live with.

A good value set of replacement tap valves and handles.
These are a nice replacement set of standard fit, tap valves and handles. They are a quarter turn to full on design. You receive a red valve and a blue valve. Each turns on in the opposite direction. So, when fitted to the opposing sides of your taps, the taps will turn on it the same direction. The reason I bring this, which may seem a very obvious point up, is that you can buy replacement sets of taps on Amazon, where they send you 2 blue valves which both turn the same way.Read the reviews, to identify these.AVOID.The valves themselves are very simple to fit, just unscrew the the old ones, and screw the new ones in. No need for PTFE tape, unless you know your threads are very worn. The tap levers are secured with a crosshead screw, and you can then push in the red/blue coloured cap.As you can see from the photo, they are quite a chunky handle, which I personally like. It would also be suitable for anyone suffering from any hand problems.Overall, I'm very pleased. For the money, they are great value, very functional and I would happily buy again.I hope you found this review helpful.
