Behringer HC 2000B Studio-Quality Wireless Headphones with Bluetooth* Connectivity

Pros: Price, great sound, easy bluetooth connectivity.Cons: they are on near phones, that run kind of small for my xl head and ears.Conclusion: for bargain headphones these are great and sound quality for online media they work well and I would buy again.

This isn’t my first pair of Behringer Bluetooth headphones, having previously had the BNC version (that quite understandably stopped working after being waterlogged and then dropped several feet onto concrete). Since I’d never really used the ANC on the others, I figured I’d give the ones without it a shot. I can’t say I miss that feature, but having all the same buttons but with different functions does make it less intuitive to use, and these surprisingly only hold charge for a few days at a time rather than the week or more the BNC ones did pre-mortem. To their credit, though, these do have a much longer range than any other Bluetooth headphones I’ve had, and also sound great in passive mode via 3.5mm cable. If I had it to do over again, I might’ve just gotten more of the BNC ones, but these are a pretty great, lower-cost option.

Behringer customer support is bad. Delayed response and after that, no response despite opening customer tickets on "musictribe" website as directed.

The poorly designed swivel joint above each earpiece is weak. Mine snapped under gentle use. Tried to get a refund and had to circumnavigate the 'Customer Quality Dept.' and was informed by email: 'Please be aware that accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.' So, nope, no replacement, no refund, and into the trash bin they go. Never buying a Behringer product again.
