Also grateful that I am no longer using this for long term wound care! Alginate in general, was key for my condition. The wound was healing faster and it gave me a little more independence because I could leave the alginate strips in longer (48 hours) than the sterile gauze which I needed changed every day by a visiting nurse. This particular product gives a lot of bang for your buck (10 strips) vs. the drug store's which usually sell them at 4 a pop. CVS/Rite Aid sell the kind with silver but I didn't really notice a difference.

Just the size my husband needs and less expensive than a silver embedded product. Good price for the 10 to a box.

I love this product. Being a nurse I use it frequently use for wound care pts and had a chance to use it personally after my own surgery. It helped pull the drainage. Made wound healing much faster very easy to use

It was prescribed and does the job.

Works very well, I would highly recommend this, but look closely at the expiration date

I dislike how they don't tell you it is the size of the overall product. I was thinking it was the size of what covers the wound. These are so expensive and the size misleading. Although they stay on the wound and help healing.

Works wonders and fast relieve on open wounds, A must have at home.

Used on a diabetic ulcer to help heal the wound...it does help
