So far it has stopped my dog from eating my wall. It has a very pleasant smell, and the dog doesn’t like the taste.

This is the only deterrent I found that works in controlling my puppy from unwanted chewing and areas that are off limits,

I’ve used this for every puppy I have. I use inside and outside. If my lab puppy shows interest in biting something, I spray it while he isn’t looking and by the time he comes back to it, the smell and flavor deter him. Easy to spray. Haven’t had issues with needing to clean it off of any surfaces, as I mostly used it on furniture legs and faux plants.I’ve had a few friends with labs who are immune to it, so it depends on your dog :)

Works well on woodwork when new puppies want to chew on it. Only a couple of “tastes” and no more biting woodwork!

Did not work was not helpful at all

I should of brought this at first but I went with something else that was more natural. But it did nothing for my puppy, it was like I was spraying water, so I had to return it. I went with this Bitter Apple which I had used many years ago and it never let me down. I’m glad it’s still around. Now this works perfect for my puppy. I should of not second guess myself. Definitely worth it, and worth the purchase.

This stuff is amazing! I used it when my Golden Retriever was a puppy and personally I think that’s why I still had shoes and furniture after he turned 2, and why he didn’t end up electrocuting himself. I now have a 5 month old baby who loves exploring and yes, putting the electric cords in his mouth. Enter Bitter Apple Spray. After one experience, baby no longer tries to chew on the cords. This stuff is also virtually scent free and it doesn’t stain fabric.
