I have taken these for number of years daily. This type of Vitamin D is shown to deliver calcium to the bones.Research for yourself to see its benefits. it is excellent for your teeth in keeping away bone loss and preventing cavities.

Just right for my goal
I selected this product because it is a top pick for vitamin K-2 by Consumer Lab. Calculating from research they summarized I need to take two of these (with meal with some source of fat) each day to have an impact on femoral neck (neck of hip bone, which is my goal). I am talking one with morning meal and one with evening meal. Time will tell. Of course impact exercise and multiple minerals and vitamin D are also essential.
