I eat pretty healthy, so for me a multivitamin is just kind of a filler for anything I may be a little short on. Also, I hate taking pills. I'm that guy that can swallow a piece of steak half the size of my head but struggle when it comes to a simple baby pill. These are pretty easy to swallow compared to most others. I know this sounds like a little thing but the edges are slightly rounded making for a much smoother swallowing experience. (insert jokes here)
