Beautiful craftsmanship!!!
So far so good! VERY nice and able to customize winding for each watch. Beautiful case and love that the light comes on when you open the door. Watch holders are sturdy and adjustable. Doesn’t take up a lot of space like my previous winders and by far, my favorite. Highly recommend.

Could not be more pleased!!!
Love the unit. Showed up in excellent condition. There was a delay in shipping but well worth the wait. First class! Got the 2 year warranty so the electronics will survive the Florida air. Didn't need additional large watch pillows and I have large wrists.

Fake customer support for a product that doesn't really work.
Received the product. One of the watch slots didn't turn. Reached out to the seller. They offered to *send me a new motor and a link to an instruction video on how to replace the faulty motor*.Whatever. I'm pretty handy and electronics savvy. I say sure. They send new motor. I replace faulty motor with new one. Still doesn't work.I reach out again. They ask me to submit a video showing it doesn't work. I do. They claim they can't open the video (taken from my phone, so...huh?), ask me to submit another one. Which I do. Within 5 minutes.NOTHING IN RESPONSE.I reach out in a couple of days- NOTHING.I AGAIN REACH OUT A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT...wait for it...Nothing.It's now been WEEKS.P.S. - A second motor has stopped working

Very appealing quality, individually programable, and operates silently.
The Jins & Vico 8 Watch Winder arrived very well packaged in a triple box. Upon unpacking, I found the condition to be flawless, not even any dust from the packaging. The exterior is very well finished. The four feet on the bottom are a soft rubber material that are suitable for placing on a piece of furniture. The door, with the full length piano hinge is very solid, as well as the closing latch. The door closes with a very distinct latching sound. The latch includes a key and a limit switch to activate the light and stop the rotation upon opening the door, if you so program it.The pillows are spring loaded to allow the watch to securely hold the watch. They have padding to protect the finish on the watch back and band. I did not have any issue with the fit of the pillows, they worked right out of the box. Additional pads are provided if you needed to take up some additional slack if the spring travel is not sufficient. Because the watch is rotated horizontally, it must be securely held in place by the pillow. This winder came with two additional spare spring loaded pillows. They appear to be identical to the other eight pillows. The pillows snap into place within each individual winder. It is very secure and I found that I needed to hold on to the winder enclosure when inserting and removing the pillows to that the winder does not move on the furniture. Each of the eight winders is individually programable. I was able to look up the manufacturer recommendations for winding on a couple of watches, but could not find this information on the others. Basically, I started all of those watches at the minimum 650 RDP setting and then monitored the watch performance and increased the RPD to the next increment speed if it was keeping time slow, or in some cases stopped. The process of finding the right speed and rotation direction(s) took about 6 weeks. Obviously, I need to return each watch to it's specific location to maintain the proper rotational settings. This watch winder is very quiet. I tried to hear it run and was never sure that I could. If you place your hand on the exterior box, you can not feel it running - no vibration. There would be absolutely no issue keeping this Jins & Vico Winder in a bedroom. I have run mine for 4 months now and there has been no change in the sound level or operation.Let's face it, if your going to keep 8 beautiful watches in a winder, the winder needs to have that same look of quality/beauty as the watches. I am satisfied that this winder fits that requirement perfectly. This is my first watch winder, so I am not comparing it to others brands - just that I am please with this purchase.

Pretty good winder!
I have postponed getting a winder for awhile, but after taking all my best automatics in for servicing I asked (as usual) about the service interval and my watchmaker said "eh, about 5 years, maybe 7 or 8 if you wear them regularly", and that made me ask why. He said that the lubricants to degrade over time and that will happen whether I wear them or not, but even if you wear a watch for just a week or so every couple months (he said), the parts don't rest and push away the thickening lubricants from the wear surfaces as much, and a watch that's running on a regular basis tends to have an easier time staying running. So I figured that I'd spend a fraction of my regular service cost and get this winder for my most cherished examples. I've had it for about a month. As others have noted, it's quiet. Super quiet. The settings for various rotor types cover just about everything. The piano black case pretty much disappears on a dark shelf and It's not so deep that you can't put something in front of it to conceal it when I'm travelling away from home. The illumination of the case is fine, and the holders for the watches accommodate my straps at the normal wearing adjustment without issue. They're springy to adjust, but not overly so to the point where they might stretch or deform a strap over time. The holders snap in and out of the rotating cups without much effort -- you can one-hand the pulling motion without pulling the winder case off the shelf. They pop back in positively. I have it set to run rotations while I'm at work, so the motors are never running when I'm at home. I have seen them running on the weekends, though. It gets four stars because one cup, on the upper right, was not screwed into the motor behind it and I could not figure out (for days) why the cup kept popping off the motor -- until, that is, I removed the cup and noticed the small screw that makes the attachment to the motor (holding the cup firmly to it). There's a fuzzy textured piece of cardboard that covers the head of the screw at the bottom of the cup, but it's easy to pop out, and you can re-seat the cup, tighten the screw to the motor and replace the little textured cardboard without much trouble. All the other cups are fine, so it probably just got missed at time of manufacture.I haven't tried or bothered locking it with the included key, so I'll leave that for others to comment on. My watches are ticking along quite nicely. So I have enough autos to easily fill two of these, and I would probably buy this unit a second time, but the other watches are not quite valuable enough to justify one at this time. Altogether a pretty good winder with a fairly simple and easy to remedy manufacturing oversight. Worth the money. Hope it lasts.
