No installation or demonstration or any type of installing support for the seller, no installation manual, no manual for operating the screen , very confusing installation and very complicated screen operating.

I bought this item, almost two months back while renovations of bathrooms were going on. The instruction manual is simple and helpline number given. As per manual, we had all plumbing work done and while fitment, it started tripping. So made several video calls and the owner helped in scaling down the power from 7.5 to 4KW. But yet it tripped. Next day he imdtly sent new transformer and circuit bd which i fitted again. But yet it tripped. Finally we found that our earthing was wrong. Thus the machine came alive. Hats off to the owner, who always patiently heard us, guided us, sent the parts ASAP. As far as the quality of the product is concerned, since i have opened the steam machine myself, i can vouch for it. Made of full steel, gopd quality product with exceptional product support. While installing, have a detailed discussion with plumber and electrician beforehand.
