Customer Service call
We left a call to the company regarding the battery pack box and batteries. They returned the call right away and we explained we had to return the item because the batteries didn't show charging on the battery plug in for our Golden Technology Buzz Around LT scooter. They refunded us the same day and said they would examine the batteries when they received the package back.
