Battery not charging to rated voltage
The product is not checked before shipping, the 12v battery pack is not charging to even 50% of rated voltage, when reached out to seller he suggested using their charger which I bought too as my power adapter was from another device, still the battery is unable to reach its full capacity. Product is of good build but no QC is done, I'll suggest the product but if it doesn't charge to rated value please raise a return request as the suggestion of using a dedicated Li-ion charger hasn't made any significant improvement in charging. 1star for nonexistent QC of a well packaged product.

Not worth..waste of time and money
Purchased this for my Resqtech Car Washer. The washer worked for just one time and then the battery stopped charging. Got the battery checked by Resqtech team and found that the batter is dead!! Since there is no warranty on this product, I have just wasted 1000 rupees on this useless product
