Great looking and efficient
After lots of research i chose this air purifier because it looks like a pc of furniture. I have had it about 1 month and it has been great so far. Looks good and works great. I was concerned about the noise after reading reviews but it is Really queit on low and on the other settings it sounds like any other fan, which is to be expected. My only concern is it only puts air out from the left side of the top. I am not sure if this is how it is supposed to be or something is wrong but i am still happy with the performance. The insides are rather simple and i dont see anything that would prevent air coming out both sides but i also dont see it being a problem with it only coming out on one side. 🤷♀️ over all i have decided it is not an issue and affects nothing. I have seen an immediate differance in my allergies (why i purchased) and it definately cleans the air of smells quickly! I plan to buy a 2nd one for the other part of the house. I kind of want the black one but the white one is a better buy as it cleans more sq ft and on sale is cheaper!Came back after almost 2yrs to say that this is still a great purchase. Still very happy with it. Performs very well and does it's job. I have the filters on auto ship and is worry free and convienant. Filters really show how much this cleans out of the air. Love this air purifier. Is easy to change filters and really dont have to worry about anhthing. I mostly leave it on auto and it adjusts itself as needed. Noise is not an issue. Sometimes when cooking it kicks on high which means irs just doing its job! The high setting sounds the same as the overhead fan above your stove. Price has gone way up since i purchased mine but i would buy another.

Super Effective
I'm very happy with this purchase. My son has struggled with seasonal allergies for years, but now we are really struggling with air quality here in California due to the wildfires. My son and I have been so sick with headaches and dizziness, so I decided to get serious about cleaning our toxic air. We live in a townhome (with no A/C) so I bought one for downstairs and one for upstairs. It was a big investment for us, but I didn't want to waste any money going cheap on some tiny accessory, I wanted a brand name I trust and I wanted a heavy duty air purifier that could surely make a big difference in my entire home. I'm so happy I decided on this unit. It is exactly what I was hoping for. This is the real deal. It's a solid, quality machine that is actually cycling air through my entire home and we notice a big difference. It's so sturdy and well-made. The filters are big and legit and super easy to install and find replacements online. I think the price for replacement filters was very reasonable. Make sure you don't buy an air purifier without first researching the filter replacements. Many reviews I read on other units were people saying they couldn't find filter replacements anywhere, that would be a nightmare. That's why I knew a name brand like this one would be a safer bet. I did a lot of research before making this big purchase and noticed the only con people mentioned was the noise level so I will tell you my take on that. If you buy a small, cheap table top air purifier, yes, it will certainly be more quiet because the high setting on those is more like the low setting on this one, so if you just want to slightly move air through a filter, you can do that with this unit on the lowest setting or you can do that with a small desktop one on high, but if you ever want to crank it up and actually pull air throughout the room you are going to need more power, and more noise, that's just the sound of air moving through a hepa filter. it has to pull hard to get air through those microscopic holes at rapid speed. I really need the ability to turn it on super high and blast the room with fresh air. When we want more quiet, like when my son is doing online class, I just turn it on a lower speed. If it didn't have a fan noise at the highest speed, I would really doubt the effectiveness of a hepa air purifier. We wanted a real air purifier machine for the home and I'm very glad I picked this one. My son and I feel so much better even though outside the air quality is horrible.

It works as advertised, and is a lifesaver in the middle of these wildfires.
We've had a somewhat smaller air purifier for several years, but when wildfires hit the area rather persistently this year we realized we needed something a bit more powerful. After a bit of research we picked up the air320, and haven't regretted it at all. It looks a bit large at first, but we placed it against a wall and it fits right into our home. The primary requirement we had was air filtration, that is what it's for of course. It does this and does it very well. Smells disappear while it's running and you can monitor the air quality with both a color indicator light and a digital readout. Our primary issue is of course the current wildfires here in California and it makes a big difference when a door is opened. The automatic function enables it to react to changes in air quality. To keep this working the sensor on the side requires regular cleaning, but a bit of maintenance for clean air is well worth it.Just as importantly, we know that the sensor works. My SO lights incense in the mornings for a small shrine set up in our home, and that's the one time of the day that we can hear the fan ramping up from medium to high. You can watch the air quality numbers and the 3 color indication light change on the front panel as long as there's enough light on the unit, although these indicators turn off when it gets dark enough as a feature so it can be used in bedrooms. As a side benefit I don't have to smell musty incense residue in the air for hours afterwards, since we can't open windows at the moment without letting in smoke from the fires that's become an almost primary benefit. If you smoke in your home or have multiple pets I suspect the unit could get a bit loud, but generally it's quiet for us. Cleaning the air quality sensor screen on the side regularly is important to keep the sensor working properly, and I understand the filter must be replaced roughly every 6 months at about $42 per replacement so it can be a bit expensive. Air quality is important to me though, particularly given the current situation, and this unit has made a genuine difference in life quality for us. I think we'll pick up Bissel's air220 unit for our bedroom as well. Our previous air purifier was relocated there from our living room, but the current Bissel is so much quieter that it's actually practical to run at night. The air220 promises to be as well.
